Delivery & Returns

Estimated delivery times are up to 5 business days in the UK, and for regional, rural and remote areas, as well as international orders delivery will take longer.

Please note I am not responsible for any delivery delays after orders has left my studio or due to any circumstances beyond my control.

Shipping International

I ship internationally across Europe, America and worldwide, and there is a higher delivery fee for these locations. If you cannot find your country for delivery please email me at nihal@nihalshah.com to discuss this further so that I can get this resolved

Returns

I take the utmost care to wrap your parcel to ensure that it arrives to you safely. If you find your product damaged on arrival, I will accept an exchange for the same product and will require photographic evidence of the damaged product to process your exchange.

I ask that all items being returned be wrapped carefully and in its original box to make sure it reaches me in a returnable condition. I will not be liable for items damaged in transit due to inappropriate packaging.
